§ 1-6. Provisions of Code considered continuations of prior Code and ordinances.

Latest version.

The provisions of this Code, so far as they are, in substance, the same as the provisions of the Code of Ordinances, City of Lanett, Alabama, adopted June 6, 1966, and ordinances adopted subsequent to such Code shall be considered to be continuations thereof and not new enactments.
